A high-powered electric reel with all the essential features, capable of targeting fish from medium-depth waters right up to Big Ones.
A large electric reel with powerful winding power, designed to target large fish such as yellowtail, Amberjack and black seabream in mid-to-deep waters. It features a large-diameter Mega-Torque motor equipped with ATD for smooth, consistent performance, and boasts a maximum Drag Force of 30 kg—providing all the power you need. For manual reeling, it features an 80mm handle and an aluminium round Knob, enabling powerful reeling. Furthermore, equipped with a highly visible dot-matrix LCD counter and offering simple operation whilst delivering comprehensive core performance, the ‘SEAPOWER’ large electric reel is now here.

The ATD operates smoothly in response to the fish’s pull and maintains a consistent drag. Designed to minimise slippage and ensure excellent tracking, it allows you to concentrate on the fight without having to worry about drag settings.
Other Features
SYNCHRO LEVEL WIND
A mechanism whereby the level wind’s left-to-right reciprocating motion is synchronised with the spool’s rotation, both during the descent and reeling of the rig. Not only does this ensure the line remains neatly wound, but the movement during descent also facilitates a smooth descent of the rig.

A motor tuned to match the ‘Marine Power 3000’ in its class. This is DAIWA’s proprietary custom motor, which prioritises torque whilst, being a brush motor, offers smooth acceleration and excellent durability. Compared to conventional motors of the same size, it delivers approximately 1.3 times the output in terms of both power and speed. With its quiet operation and a powerful heart designed for the catch, it’s ready to take on the open seas where the Big Ones lurk.

This electric reel is compatible with 12V to 16.8V direct current (DC). It cannot be used with power sources outside the specified range, such as 100V alternating current (AC) from a domestic mains supply or 24V DC from boat equipment. Furthermore, due to generators and wiring, the voltage of a boat power supply can easily become unstable, which may cause the reel’s protection circuit to activate, resulting in the reel stopping or rotating intermittently. To ensure the reel performs to its full potential, please use a genuine Daiwa battery designed for electric reels (please check ‘View Details’ for compatible batteries).
