Equipped with a clutch that synchronises with the motor’s ON/OFF cycle, this excellent device maintains the JOG position during winding whilst offering a responsive start-up when the clutch is engaged, and—when the clutch is disengaged—the motor stops, making it easier to detect bites during the Fall.
Combined with the aluminium JOG power lever, it delivers even greater comfort for one-handed operation. It also features a dot-matrix LCD counter, a Depth Alarm and an electronic drag sound function. For manual reeling, it comes fitted as standard with a variable-length long handle (75mm–85mm). This tough configuration is ideal not only for targeting fish a class above, but also for electric Jigging (Jigging mode).
It is also compatible with the ‘Electric Mobile Settings’ feature within the DAIWA app, allowing you to easily manage line input, function settings, maintenance and personalisation of the unit via your smartphone, all in conjunction with the DAIWA app.

JOG POWER LEVER
The power lever has been repositioned to the centre of the body, and its design has been changed from a lever to a jog dial style. This allows the angler to perform reeling and engage or disengage the clutch using just the thumb of the hand holding the Rod, completely freeing the other hand from operating the lever so that the angler can concentrate fully on handling the Rod. This flexible one-thumb operation enables precise control of the lever, allowing the angler to adjust the reeling speed at will.
MAGMAX-G MOTOR
A slide-brush motor featuring special neodymium magnets, offering excellent responsiveness and durability.

The ATD operates smoothly in response to the fish’s pull and maintains a consistent drag. Designed to minimise slippage and ensure excellent tracking, it allows you to concentrate on the fight without having to worry about drag settings.
MAGSEALED BALL BEARING
Using its proprietary technology, DAIWA has succeeded in becoming the first in the world to apply MAGSEALED technology to the ball bearing itself. A wall of magnetic fluid prevents water and foreign particles from entering the interior of the ball bearing, thereby significantly reducing rust, salt deposits and abnormal noises whilst maintaining the ball bearing’s inherent rotational performance.

SYNCHRO LEVEL WIND
A mechanism whereby the level wind’s left-to-right reciprocating motion is synchronised with the spool’s rotation, both during the descent and reeling of the rig. Not only does this ensure the line remains neatly wound, but the movement during descent also facilitates a smooth descent of the rig.
