<CARE and Storage Instructions>

Do not use a washing machine, spin cycle or tumble dryer.
Due to the nature of the material, discolouration or fading may occur. Please also be aware that the colour may transfer to other items of clothing, bags or cases. In particular, please avoid storing the product in contact with white or pale-coloured items.
Storing the shoes whilst they are soiled or covered in dirt may damage the material and accelerate ageing. Therefore, after use, please wash them with water and allow them to dry completely, inside and out, in a well-ventilated, shaded area. (Do not dry them near a fire or in direct sunlight, as this may cause deformation or discolouration.)
If stains are difficult to remove, dip a soft cloth in lukewarm water, wring it out thoroughly, and gently remove the stains from the footwear without rubbing too hard.
When storing, avoid places with high temperatures or high humidity, as well as areas exposed to direct sunlight or indoor lighting. Furthermore, please avoid storing the item in high-temperature or high-humidity conditions, such as leaving it in a car boot for long periods, as this may cause deformation, discolouration or deterioration.
Please avoid storing the footwear whilst folded into a small shape, as this may cause it to lose its shape, crack or otherwise deteriorate.
Please store out of the reach of infants and children.

<REPLACEMENT of Footwear Soles>

  • Soles that cannot be replaced: Deck soles, HYPER V soles, spike soles, radial soles, etc.
  • Soles that can be replaced: Felt soles, felt spike soles, spike felt soles, etc.
  • Sole repair and replacement (chargeable):
  • Please take your footwear to the shop where you purchased it and ask for a Sole replacement as part of their repair service.
  • Please note that the repair and replacement process may take a few days.
  • We do not carry out sole replacement repairs for the felt section of spike felt soles alone.
    (Spike pins cannot be replaced).
    However, if the spike pins are significantly worn, replacing only the felt section may not restore the shoe’s original grip performance.
  • We are unable to replace or repair parts other than the Sole, such as sections of the upper.

<REGARDING Waders>

  • Replacement felt kits are not available. Sole replacement is handled as a repair service.
  • No repair kit is included.
  • Fitting the included Cup Insole will improve cushioning. (This may alter the fit of the boot section.)

Please tell me how to check for leaks in Waders.

Generally, one method is to allow the Waders to dry completely, then fill them with water to check that no water leaks out.
